Who we are
Arrow Wise was established in 2012 as an exporter and importer of agri-related products — fresh fruits, vegetables and flowers, basmati and non-basmati rice, Indian pulses and spices, oil seeds, animal feeds and other foods and beverages.
We sit between the farm gate and the destination port. That means we take responsibility for the parts of the chain that usually get handed off and lost: procurement, grading, packing, documentation and shipping. Buyers deal with one counterparty from quotation through to bill of lading.
What we do
- Direct procurement from partner growers and regulated mandis, with lot-level traceability.
- Multi-stage quality control — moisture, purity, foreign matter and broken percentage checked at intake and again before stuffing.
- Packing from 1kg retail units through to 50kg bulk bags, including private labelling.
- Full export documentation, including phytosanitary and certificate-of-origin paperwork.
Where we ship
Our regular markets are the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe and East Africa. We handle region-specific customs requirements in-house, so consignments are not held up by paperwork at the destination.
How we work
We quote against a written specification, not a generic grade. Once a specification is agreed it is what gets loaded — and the pre-shipment sample is drawn from the same lot. Independent inspection by agencies such as SGS or Geo-Chem is available on request and at the buyer's nomination.
