When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, telephone number, subject and message, together with the product or service the enquiry relates to. Our server also records the IP address the enquiry was sent from and the time it was received.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to carry on the resulting commercial conversation. The IP address and timestamp are kept as a basic guard against automated abuse of the form.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
We do not add enquirers to a marketing list without asking.
We do not collect payment card details through this website.

Who can see it

Enquiries are visible to Arrow Wise staff with access to our admin panel, and to our hosting provider in the ordinary course of operating the server. We disclose information beyond that only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while the commercial relationship is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You may ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.
