We buy directly from partner growers and from regulated mandis rather than through layers of intermediaries. That is what makes lot-level traceability possible: every consignment can be tied back to the farms it came from.

How it works

• Requirement and specification agreed with you in writing before we buy.
• Procurement against that specification, with intake grading on arrival at our facility.
• Lots that miss the specification are diverted to the domestic market rather than blended into your order.
• Grower reference, intake date and intake grading recorded against every lot.

Why it matters to you

When a query is raised against a shipment we can identify exactly which farms and which intake batch it came from. Without that, the honest answer to most quality questions is a guess.
