Quality Assurance

Quality assurance here means testing at defined points and refusing to ship lots that fail, not a statement of intent on a brochure.

Where we test

• At intake — moisture, foreign matter, broken percentage, admixture. Lots that miss the grade are diverted, not blended.
• Pre-shipment — the contracted parameters re-checked on the actual lot being loaded.
• Commodity-specific — aflatoxin on groundnut and maize, ASTA and SHU on chilli, curcumin on turmeric, germination on seed lots.

Independent inspection

You may nominate a third-party agency such as SGS or Geo-Chem. Inspection is arranged before stuffing.

Retained samples

We retain a sealed sample from every shipped lot, labelled with contract, lot and container. If a claim is raised, that sample is what settles it.
