Terms
We trade on FOB or CIF. The Incoterm is stated on the proforma invoice and the contract, so the point at which risk and cost transfer is never ambiguous.
Documentation
Standard file: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary certificate where the commodity requires one. Fumigation, weight-and-quality and health certificates are available on request.
Lead times
For goods in stock, loading normally begins within 7 to 14 business days of order confirmation and receipt of the agreed payment instrument. Seasonal and contract-farmed items follow the harvest window.
Tell us your destination market's documentary requirements at contract stage — applying for the right certificate first time takes days, correcting one after sailing can take weeks.
