ANUGA 2025, Cologne

We exhibited at ANUGA in Cologne, our main route into European buyers. The European market's residue and aflatoxin limits are the tightest we work to, and most of the conversations at this show are compliance-led.
How it went
Strong interest in the organic-certified pulses line and in hulled sesame for the bakery trade. Several buyers asked for tightened aflatoxin ceilings on groundnut, which we are now quoting against as standard for EU destinations.
