SIAL Paris 2024

SIAL Paris is one of the two largest food innovation exhibitions globally. We attended as visitors as well as exhibitors this year, largely to understand where retail packaging formats are moving in Western Europe.
What we took away
Smaller retail units continue to gain share over bulk retail bags in several of our categories, particularly in rice and pulses. We have expanded our 1kg and 5kg packing capacity accordingly.
